The company was launched in 1989. We renamed the company TUe & Management International (Pty) Ltd (TUe&MI) in June 2003. In 2004 the company was approved as a Government Approved Inspection Authority (Reg. No ) in South Africa, until 2018.

In 2024, the shares of the company was newly distributed to suit the B-BBEE empowerment services and is owned by a black lady, Ms Malefu C Ntweni by 51%, to quote Plato:

"What the mind can conceive 
and believe it can achieve"

TUe&MI is specialise in assisting and up-grading companies whether they manufacture ordinary products or products classified as “safety critical".
